Video Link Pitt County Memorial Hospital is now called Vidant Medical Center. Our new name is closely tied to our mission to enhance the quality of life for the communities we serve, touch and support.

IT’S EASY TO SEE THE LEADERSHIP HERE. AFTER ALL, RAND’S DOOR IS ALWAYS OPEN.

Rand: Pharmacist and Second Shift Supervisor
For more than 15 years, Rand has developed his career at Vidant Medical Center – and we've helped every step of the way. When asked about the training, Rand says, "Our training for pharmacists has been constantly adjusted and reviewed. I personally have learned quite a lot about dealing with personnel issues."

He’s currently working on a process with several others to streamline the indigent medications program. They’re making it faster and safer with the goal of increasing patient satisfaction scores while increasing throughput.

When asked about the Vidant Medical Center pharmacy, Rand says, "Pharmacy has got to be the best gig around. This place is a great place to work. We work hard, have fun, laugh a lot and help people; what’s not to like?”
